Type of soils : Limestone soils mixed with clay and/or sands
Vinification : Total distem, followed by a short maceration during 7 to 8 days. Fermentation is done under low temperature: 25°C to preserve fruity aroma.
Tasting : Dark garnet red colour with purplish hints. Nose on red fruits (cherry, blackcurrant) with spicy notes and a light evolution to liquorice. The mouth is round, well-balanced on small black and red fruits aroma. The tannic structure is present but well rounded, sustaining the aromatic persistence. The finish is round, fresh and quite short.
Ageing potential : To be enjoyed from now and within the next 4 years.
